Clutter makes a house seem smaller, darker and dirtier and often a real estate agent will list an overly cluttered home for as much as 20% less than a comparable home in the same neighborhood. De-clutter every room in the house without exception!

Reducing the clutter will also make it much easier to keep every room clean and tidy during the selling phase.

#3 Let the Buyer Picture Themselves Living in the House
